I hate to say that chris sprouse is a highly 'under-rated' artist, because that might be interpreted as a back-handed complement- but his work is always clean, with a minimalist approach that belies the originality and breath he brings to the characters he brings to life. Always entertaining- and a style that is highly recognizeable- which is a hall-mark to any artist who is maturing and has the chops for longevity. His teaming up with alan moore on the tom strong series was a lennon/mccartney. He made alan moore's creation 'sing' i'm sure you agree!
